Somatic Stretch Therapy isn’t just about lengthening muscles — it’s about releasing tension, moving stuck energy, and calming your nervous system so you leave feeling lighter and freer.
Sessions are individualized and responsive, using a combination of passive and active stretching to help you feel more open, supported, and at ease.
